The publisher and web editor of Dare Lasisi Online is a graduate of Geography from the University of Ilorin, Kwara state in Nigeria.
He worked for some years in Nigeria as a newspaper reporter and PR consultant before relocating to the United Kingdom.
Mr Lasisi did his media internship and online journalism training at The Commonwealth Secretariat in London in 2002, the first young African journalist to be selected for the programme from English-speaking Commonwealth countries. He also attended PR/Media training at the prestigious Inwent Capacity Building International Bonn, Germany in 2008 and also obtained a certificate in Online Journalism from the London School of Journalism in 2012.
He is currently a postgraduate student at the prestigious University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland.

The unarguable submission all over the world when it comes to disseminating messages have been the call for concerted efforts for effective communication. Effective in the sense that the three vital functions of the media must be available in the medium of communication. They are to be (1) informative, (2) educative and (3) entertaining.
